As the organizer of The International Car Rental Show, we have been in close communication with our key partners including ACRA and ACCRO, and our key sponsors including PurCo, Zubie, 1st Source Bank, rentstaff.ph and KIRRK among others. For 25 years, the International Car Rental Show has become a true gathering place for the industry and an incredible place to network, learn, and conduct business. None of this would be possible without our partners on this event so we wanted to weigh all of our alternatives and listen to each and every constituency that invests in this event alongside Bobit Business Media.
After a great deal of discussion, we have jointly decided to postpone the 2020 International Car Rental Show. The safety and health of our attendees and partners is of paramount importance at this time. With that in mind, please stay tuned for more information from Bobit Business Media, ACRA and ACCRO concerning our updated plans.
We want to take a minute to offer our sincere thanks and appreciation to all of our partners on this event. We couldn’t do it without you and we won’t do it without you. The ACRA and ACCRO, along with the senior leadership at PurCo, Zubie, 1st Source Bank, rentstaff.ph and KIRRK have all been incredibly supportive throughout this process and we look forward to putting together a great remarketing event with all of you down the road. If you have questions regarding your participation, please contact our customer service team at 1-800-576-8788 or email; [email protected].
During this difficult and uncertain time, those who stay registered for this postponed event will receive additional value through free access to virtual training and collaborative opportunities provided by ICRS and Auto Rental News. As we develop those additional value packages for our attendees, we'll share details.

We understand concerns about COVID-19 Coronavirus are top of mind, and we want to be as transparent as possible and share information about what we are doing to prepare for the ICRS Conference in Las Vegas.

Our U.S. events are taking place as scheduled.
We, like many other tradeshow and conference producers, want to ensure the health and safety of all our customers and attendees at our events. This is our top priority. We are adhering to the suggestions of the U.S. and state public health guidelines as they are developing with regards to the COVID-19 virus. As the COVID-19 situation is evolving, we strongly advise that all exhibitors and visitors review, from the most trusted source, the U.S Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) travel health notices related to this outbreak. These notices are updated as more information becomes available and, if there are any changes with entry to the U.S., they can be found here.
Exhibitors and Visitors who are not impacted by travel restrictions are able to attend our events. Please note, travel advisories do vary by country so please be sure to review the latest advisories and U.S. entry policies for your region. The U.S. and several countries currently have imposed travel restrictions from China which will be enforced. As a precaution, we are implementing a range of additional hygiene measures at our events:
Our team will continue to monitor the developments. We are constantly considering and consulting with experts on what the appropriate sanitary, health and other measures should be and can assure our partners and customers that all appropriate measures will be in place at our shows. We will follow-up with as needed information should the advisories change. If you have questions regarding your participation, please contact our customer service team at 1-800-576-8788 or email; [email protected].
