Garrett Kautz is the Relationship Sales Officer for the Auto and Light Truck division of 1st Source Bank’s Specialty Finance Group. Garrett is tasked with growing the banks commercial lease portfolio in the eastern region of the US. Garrett has been with the bank since 2013, when he was hired into the Corporate Management Trainee program and worked for more than four years in the Credit Department. He was responsible for overseeing the underwriting of the Auto Rental, Commercial Leasing and Bus portfolios, and was also instrumental in the process of growing the Bank’s Commercial Leasing portfolio. Garrett earned a bachelor’s in Accounting from Manchester University, and secured his CLFP designation in early 2020.  Garrett is active in his community where he is the Treasurer of Stepping Stones Women’s Shelter and an assistant coach of the varsity baseball team at a local high school.
