Ted's experience in commercial lending, asset-based lending, and private equity spans over 25 years, having funded more than $1 Billion of Capital. Ted is well-equipped to help companies access various funding sources, whether it be for rapid growth, stressful financial situations, or a sale to an ESOP. With an MBA from the University of Chicago and an undergraduate degree from Northwestern University, Ted is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor and an esteemed national speaker on ESOPs. Additionally, he has served on the boards of ACG Columbus, the Columbus Council on World Affairs, and the Nationwide Children's Hospital Development Board. Prior to joining Lazear Capital, Ted held senior roles at LaSalle Bank, Fifth Third, Bank One, and GE Capital, and was a partner with the private equity firm Talisman Capital Partners.
