Admittance Policy
To qualify for our operator rate, you must be an owner or employee of a rental company. While we invite everyone to attend the International Car Rental Show 2020, consultants, suppliers or manufacturers must purchase a supplier pass or exhibit space to participate. Weekly audits are conducted to ensure the appropriate rate has been selected. Registrations that do not adhere to this policy will require additional payment and will be pending until payment is received. All attendees will be required to provide a photo ID on-site for badge pick-up. 

By providing this information you grant Bobit Business Media the right to contact you and colleagues you register regarding your registration, as well as to receive updates on International Car Rental Show and/or updates and promotional material from our sponsors. Full payment is required. Confirmation will be sent to you upon receipt of your registration. To prevent double-billing, please register only once. This is a private event not open to the public. No one under 18 years of age will be permitted to attend. 

Cancellation Policy
Registration refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to show management approval.  Requests must be made in writing and received by International Car Rental Show, c/o Custom Registration, Inc., 2001 E. Randol Mill Rd., Ste. 135, Arlington, TX 76011, Fax: (817) 277-7616, Email: [email protected], no later than February 20, 2020. A $75 fee will be applied. Refund requests received after February 20, 2020 will not qualify for a refund. No exceptions will be made.

You can withdraw consent at any time.  You also consent to Bobit Business Media sharing your contact information with the sponsor(s) of this Event so they can contact you directly concerning their product(s).

Photo & Video Release:
By attending the International Car Rental Show, you hereby grant Bobit Business Media, its representatives, and employees the right to take photographs and multimedia of you and your property in relation to the International Car Rental Show. You also authorize the International Car Rental Show to use such images with or without your name, and for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to publicity, illustration, print advertising, and Web content.
